This role is instrumental in ensuring the effective delivery of quality education and building high-performing educational teams across the region.
Vacant Position:
Regional Education Manager – Upper Sindh
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of quality education across schools in the assigned region.
- Build and lead high-performing teams at the area and school levels.
- Oversee the execution of educational programs and targeted academic interventions.
- Monitor school performance, academic outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with TCF policies, procedures, and educational standards.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and solve educational challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a relevant field (preferably from a recognized institution)
Experience: Proven experience in school management, education administration, or a leadership role within the education sector
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Language: Proficiency in English and Urdu; Sindhi language skills will be a plus
General Instructions:
This is a full-time role based in Sukkur, Upper Sindh.
