Position Details
Registrar
Position Summary:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing academic records, student enrollment, examinations, audits, and compliance with educational regulations. The Registrar will directly support the Provost in executing strategic and operational responsibilities of the Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Provost in fulfilling executive duties of the Institute
Oversee all student registration, academic records, and graduation processes
Coordinate audits and institutional accreditation efforts
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree or higher from a recognized institution
8 to 10 years of administrative experience, including at least 3 years in a university/degree-awarding institute as Registrar or Deputy Registrar
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of academic governance and regulatory compliance
Team leadership and communication
Efficient decision-making and academic record systems management
Deputy Registrar
Position Summary:
A mid-level administrative role to assist the Registrar in implementing academic policies, managing student services, and ensuring the smooth functioning of institutional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Registrar in academic administration and daily academic operations
Supervise student records and oversee course registration processes
Assist in preparing academic reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or an equivalent discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in academic administration, preferably within a university or degree-awarding institution
Skills Required:
Excellent administrative coordination and interpersonal communication
Proficiency in academic recordkeeping and student information systems
Working knowledge of academic policies and compliance
