Internship Duration and Stipend
The internship will be initially for a period of 6 months, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years based on performance and organizational requirements.
A monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000 will be paid to interns with a 20% increase on each extension.
Eligibility Criteria, Application & Selection Process
Applicants must have completed their degrees from HEC-recognized universities or professional bodies with a minimum of 60% marks or 2.5 CGPA out of 4.
Only online applications submitted within the deadline will be accepted.
Merit list will be prepared based on academic record and interview performance.
Original documents must be presented during the interview.
The age limit is 30 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
Government and semi-government employees are not eligible.
Internship does not guarantee employment at HESCO.
No TA/DA or conveyance allowance will be provided.
HESCO reserves the right to change the stipend amount, internship duration, or the number of seats as per company needs.
HESCO has the right to terminate any intern on the grounds of misconduct or breach of company discipline.
Internship certificates will be issued upon successful completion and submission of reports.
