Positions with Qualifications
Independent Director: A bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by HEC in Engineering, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Finance, Law, Architecture, Human Resource, Risk Management, Public Administration, or related fields. At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field in a public/private sector organization. Candidates should preferably be 35 years of age or older and must be Pakistani Citizens. The profiles must be compliant with the state-owned enterprises ownership and management policy, 2023, and the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.
