Positions with Qualifications
- Sultan Qaboos IT Chair: Applicants should have a Ph.D. with a minimum of 10 years of post-doctoral experience in a reputable academic or R&D institution. Candidates must have an excellent research record with publications in HEC/PEC recognized journals as per HEC criteria for the post of Professor. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required, along with experience in supervising Ph.D. candidates. The position is open to specializations including Software Engineering, Database Design, Data Mining, Data Networking and Network Security, Mobile and Wireless Communications, and others. The chair will be offered an all-inclusive monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 450,000/-.
