🎯 Job Purpose
The Registration and Social Mobiliser Officer will be responsible for identifying, mobilizing, and registering agricultural women workers using Android-based digital applications. This role includes field outreach, data collection, and coordination with communities and local institutions to ensure accurate and inclusive registration processes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Community Mobilization & Awareness
- Engage local communities, especially women agricultural workers, to raise awareness about the registration initiative.
- Conduct household visits, group meetings, and community sessions.
- Ensure inclusion of marginalized groups such as landless laborers and informal sector workers.
2. Android-Based Registration
- Use Android tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO) for registration.
- Capture demographic, livelihood, and socioeconomic data.
- Handle real-time data syncing, uploading, and offline entry.
3. Field Survey Implementation
- Support structured data collection (baseline, endline, verification).
- Follow informed consent, privacy, and data protection protocols.
- Report any errors or discrepancies in registration data.
4. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Liaise with community leaders, women’s groups, and local institutions to build trust.
- Share field feedback and refer community concerns to the project team.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain logs, attendance sheets, and field visit reports.
- Submit progress updates to project coordinators.
- Participate in team review meetings and share field insights.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
✅ Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Social Sciences
- Agriculture
- Gender Studies
- Or any relevant field
🧠 Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant field experience.
- Background in women’s empowerment, rural mobilization, agriculture-based or socio-economic surveys.
- Strong experience with Android-based data collection tools is essential.
