E-Learning Expert
- Role Summary: The E-Learning Expert will act as a key liaison between the Financial Literacy and Inclusion Project (FLIP) team and vendors, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance. The role involves ensuring all e-learning content is pedagogically sound, aligned with learning outcomes, and enhanced through innovative instructional strategies to create high-impact e-learning content.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, instructional design, or related fields.
- At least 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering digital content in accordance with quality standards.
- Expertise in animation, graphics, UX/UI principles, and interactive engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Genially, Level Up, H5P.
- Knowledge of SCORM/XAPI standards and multi-platform delivery (web, mobile, offline).
- Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Provide expert advice on digital content strategies and integrate multimedia content.
- Collaborate with external educational technology service providers.
- Manage content and ensure technical functionality of the institution’s LMS (such as Moodle).
- Advise on interactive and gamified learning strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure integration, delivery, and technical compatibility.
- Support quality assurance processes related to e-learning outputs.
- Assist in designing technical architecture (online, offline, or blended).
- Advise on monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for interactive content.
- Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts to align training materials with learning objectives.
- Provide recommendations on software selection, licensing, and sustainability.
