Assistant General Manager Admin & IR
- Job Description:
- To oversee general administration, facilities management, transport, security, and industrial relation matters.
- To develop and implement policies to ensure efficient administrative operations.
- To maintain strong relationships with government departments, law enforcement agencies, and local authorities.
- To ensure compliance with labour laws, EOBI, Social Security, and other statutory requirements.
- To lead disciplinary processes, investigations, and dispute resolution.
- To monitor attendance, leave management, and workplace discipline.
- To plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- To manage contracts, service providers, and vendor relationships.
- To prepare budgets and monitor cost-effective administration.
- Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration/LLB.
- 13-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations practices, and government liaison.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
