Manager Implementation

Role Overview:
As the Manager Implementation, you will work closely with the Head of Technology & Data Management to facilitate seamless integration of the company’s technology platform and digital alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technology service providers to develop and implement a payment system platform.
• Design scalable and secure payment architectures to manage financial transactions efficiently.
• Create wireframe diagrams and process flows focused on user convenience.
• Develop and maintain APIs for integration with financial institutions and merchants.
• Implement robust security measures, including encryption and tokenization.

Education:
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university or foreign equivalent.

Experience:
6-8 years of professional experience, including 3-6 years in a startup or multinational organization, with expertise in payment systems and financial technologies.

Age Limit:
Candidates should be no older than 40 years.

Team Lead Compliance

Role Overview:
As the Team Lead Compliance, you will report to the Head of Finance & Compliance and ensure that the company adheres to regulatory guidelines and implements robust compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the liaison with the State Bank of Pakistan.
• Ensure systems meet regulatory compliance requirements and submit reports to regulators.
• Prepare the team for audits and safeguard the company’s interests.

Education:
A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CA/ACCA, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university or foreign equivalent.

Experience:
6-8 years of experience in compliance within a FinTech startup or multinational organization, with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Age Limit:
Candidates should be no older than 40 years.
