  • Expertise in designing and implementing innovative social protection models, including digital finance, cash transfers, and G2P payments.

2. Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Monitoring and Evaluation)

• Qualification:
  • Sixteen years of education in Management Sciences or related fields.
• Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools and data management software, such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Stata, and R.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills are essential.

3. System Development Specialist (NSER/CCT)

• Qualification:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT Management from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in system development, including backend and frontend technologies such as C#, .Net, REST API, AngularJS, and WordPress.
  • Knowledge of scalable database systems (Oracle, MySQL) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Proficiency in designing APIs and deploying applications in a cloud environment.

4. Lead Data Scientist

• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualification:
  • Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, with specialization in discrete mathematics or algorithm design, from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in data analytics and software development.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ORACLE is preferred.
  • Proficiency in collaborative, multi-tier team environments.
