- Qualification:

- Minimum 10 years of proven work experience in a relevant field.
- Expertise in designing and implementing innovative social protection models, including digital finance, cash transfers, and G2P payments.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and evaluation of financial proposals.
2. Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Monitoring and Evaluation)

- Qualification:
- Sixteen years of education in Management Sciences or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and data management software, such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Stata, and R.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills are essential.
3. System Development Specialist (NSER/CCT)

- Qualification:
- Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT Management from a recognized university.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in system development, including backend and frontend technologies such as C#, .Net, REST API, AngularJS, and WordPress.
- Knowledge of scalable database systems (Oracle, MySQL) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in designing APIs and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
4. Lead Data Scientist
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, with specialization in discrete mathematics or algorithm design, from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in data analytics and software development.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ORACLE is preferred.
- Proficiency in collaborative, multi-tier team environments.
