1. Secondary School Principal – Scheme 33
As a Secondary School Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience at TCF schools. You will be responsible for overseeing the academic performance of students and teachers, promoting a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring all students succeed. The principal will also be responsible for teacher recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (B.Ed. and M.Ed. preferred).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience and 6 months in a senior role like vice-principal or principal.

2. Lead – Technology for Education (TFE)
The TFE Lead will manage the implementation of Ed-tech solutions across TCF schools. This includes researching, designing, and evaluating innovative technology interventions aimed at enhancing student learning. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in education technology and a strong background in project management.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Education.
- At least 3 years of experience in education or Ed-tech.
