Eligibility Criteria for WIL Trainee Program 2025
- Qualification:
- Matric with Science (Physics and Math) with at least 2nd Division.
- Preference: Candidates with FSc (Physics and Math) will be given additional weightage.
- Age Limit: 17 to 21 years as of 20th March 2025.
Training Program Details
- Duration: 9 months (divided into two semesters).
- Stipend During Training:
- 1st Semester (4 months): Rs. 12,184 per month.
- 2nd Semester (5 months): Rs. 15,230 per month.
Terms and Conditions
- Affidavit Requirement:
- Selected trainees must submit an affidavit on a Rs. 100 stamp paper, signed by a surety, confirming their commitment to completing the training.
- Bond Deed:
- Trainees must sign a bond to serve WIL for a minimum of 6 years.
- If a trainee leaves earlier, they must refund the training cost plus a Rs. 50,000 penalty.
- Accommodation:
- Hostel accommodation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
