Job Overview
Shanghai Electric is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Officer Administrator to join our Administration team in the coal mining industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative operations, facility management, and compliance with company policies, ensuring an efficient and well-structured workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, service agreements, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, employee data, and company assets.
- Provide IT support, assisting employees with basic troubleshooting, system updates, and connectivity issues.
- Oversee logistics support, including transportation arrangements, accommodation, and office supplies.
- Manage company assets, ensuring proper allocation, tracking, and maintenance.
- Handle document management, ensuring proper filing, organization, and accessibility of records.
- Oversee record-keeping and archiving of essential company documents for compliance and reference.
- Process employee expense reimbursements, verifying and maintaining records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2+ years in administrative roles, preferably in an industrial or mining environment.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, logistics coordination, and IT support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Karachi.
