Below is the list of available vacancies at Alkhidmat Health Foundation Mega Lab Sukkur:
1. Lab Technologist – Sukkur
Qualification:
BS in Medical Laboratory Technology (BS MLT) or equivalent
Experience:
2 to 4 years of hands-on laboratory experience in a diagnostic or clinical setting
Special Skills:
Basic IT literacy – DIT/CIT certification preferred
Job Role:
The Lab Technologist will be responsible for carrying out laboratory investigations, ensuring quality control, maintaining lab equipment, and reporting accurate test results in a timely manner.
2. Business Development Officer – Sukkur
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with specialization in Marketing
Experience:
2 to 4 years of professional experience in marketing, client relationship, or healthcare business development
Special Skills:
Digital and basic computer skills are required (DIT/CIT)
Job Role:
The BDO will play a critical role in outreach, partnership development, and client acquisition. Experience in the healthcare industry will be considered a strong advantage.
3. Phlebotomist – Sukkur
Qualification:
Intermediate (Lab Diploma holders will be given preference)
Experience:
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in phlebotomy, sample collection, and patient handling
Job Role:
Phlebotomists will be responsible for collecting blood and other samples from patients in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner, ensuring accurate labeling and timely dispatch to the laboratory.
4. Sweeper/Cleaner – Sukkur
Qualification:
Matriculation (10th class)
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in janitorial or cleaning roles, preferably in a healthcare facility
Job Role:
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene throughout the health facility. This includes cleaning of wards, labs, and public areas, adhering to hospital-grade sanitation protocols.
