The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the apex regulator of capital markets and the corporate sector, is seeking qualified, result-oriented, and energetic professionals for a contractual Islamabad-based position in its Mergers & Restructuring Department.
Position: Director – Mergers & Restructuring Department
Number of Vacancies: 01
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Accounting, Finance, or Law from an HEC-recognized university, or a qualified CA, CMA, or ACCA
Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field. Strong hands-on experience in managing legal and financial transactions related to mergers and restructuring is preferred. CA Articleship will be considered part of the required experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years on the last date of application submission
Employment Terms
Contractual position for 3 years, extendable based on performance and organizational need. The position may be considered for regularization after three years, subject to meeting SECP’s criteria.
