Receiving the Cash Stipend
If a female applicant is found eligible, she will receive an official SMS from 8171.
After receiving the message, she must visit the nearest HBL/BAFL POS center or designated retailer in her Tehsil, along with her original CNIC, for biometric verification to collect the first installment.
For future payments, stipends can be collected from ATMs, as well as POS and retailer locations.
What if No Record is Found on the 8171 Portal
If the CNIC isn’t found in the system, any adult member of the household can visit the nearest Benazir Registration Desk at the BISP Tehsil Office to complete the household survey for registration.
