Education Bachelor’s in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
Experience 4 to 5 years in procurement, ideally in donor-funded or government projects. Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are an asset. Familiarity with World Bank ADB or UN procurement guidelines is essential
Position Name Financial Information Systems Engineer FISE

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or Financial Information Systems
Experience Minimum 5 years in developing and implementing ERP and financial systems. Must have hands-on experience with budgeting, procurement, payroll modules, and .NET technologies. Certifications like CISA PMP or Microsoft Azure preferred

Education 16 years of education in Computer Science or IT
