Position: Project Associate / Social Mobilizer
Location: District Office – Dadu
No. of Positions: 02 (Male / Female)
Age Limit: 25–45 Years
Reporting To: District Executive Manager / District Project Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in social mobilization, disaster response, or emergency projects
Skills & Requirements:
- Expertise in social mobilization, community outreach, and humanitarian response
- Strong community linkages, especially in Dadu district
- Computer proficiency (MS Office) and preference for local residents
- Certification in Social Mobilization or Community Engagement
Job Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing Emergency/Heatwave Response Projects
- Support beneficiary registration, token generation, and data entry via BMIS
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, awareness events, and peacebuilding campaigns
- Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation (soft and hard copies)
- Collaborate with field teams and stakeholders during project monitoring visits
- Build trust and foster local partnerships
- Generate timely progress reports and assist in communication tasks
Position: District Project Manager
Location: District Office – Dadu

Age Limit: 30–45 Years
Reporting To: Project Coordinator & Program Manager
Qualification: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in emergency response, project implementation, or development sector
Skills & Requirements:
- Project leadership and team supervision
- Proven capacity to coordinate with local government and partners
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Email)
- Certification in Community Engagement/Social Mobilization
Job Responsibilities: - Lead overall district project implementation and team management
- Ensure quality monitoring, evaluation, and timely reporting
- Coordinate field activities, trainings, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure compliance with project deliverables and timelines
- Contribute to strategic planning and donor coordination
Position: Data Expert
Location: Head Office – Karachi
No. of Positions: 01 (Male / Female)
Age Limit: 30–45 Years
Reporting To: Advisor Health / Project Manager / Manager MIS
Qualification: Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in data management or software systems within the health or development sector
Skills & Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in tools such as DHIS2, Power BI, SQL, Kobo, ODK, Tableau, MS Excel
- Understanding of data privacy, ethical standards, and gender-sensitive reporting
- Familiarity with digital tools used in FP/RH projects
- Strong communication in English, Urdu, and local languages
Job Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and manage digital dashboards and data systems
- Oversee mobile-based data collection platforms and integration
- Provide hands-on training to field teams on data tools and analytics
- Perform routine data validation and quality control
- Collaborate with M&E teams and software vendors for system optimization
