Admission Notice for BSN Generic 04 Years Degree Program – Session 2025-2028 The Directorate of Nursing Sindh, in collaboration with SIBA Testing Services (STS), is inviting applications from male and female candidates for admission to the BSN Generic 04 Years Degree Program for the session 2025-2028. This program is offered in various public sector Nursing Colleges under the Government of Sindh. Below are the details of the admission process, eligibility criteria, and instructions for applying.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Intermediate/F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 50% marks (with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects) from any Board of Higher Secondary Education in Sindh or the Federal Board.
- Matriculation with a minimum of 55% marks (with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects) from any Board of Secondary Education in Sindh.
- Domicile:
- Candidates must hold a Domicile/PRC from any district of Sindh.
- FRC (Family Registration Certificate) with a CNIC number representing the code digit of Sindh Province (4) issued by NADRA.
- Family Tree and Father’s Domicile must be registered in Sindh.
- Age Limit:
- Candidates must be between 18 to 30 years of age as of the last date of application submission.

Instructions from SIBA Testing Services (STS):
- Online Application:
- Candidates must submit their applications online through the STS portal: https://apply.sts.net.pk.
- After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challanof Rs. 1300/- (non-refundable).
- The challan can be paid at any branch of Allied Bank Limited (ABL) or via the MyABL app. Alternatively, candidates can use the 1Bill reference number to pay through the internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank.
- Documents to Upload:
- Matriculation Marksheet/Certificate.
- Intermediate Marksheet/Certificate.
- CNIC (Front & Back Side).
- FRC.
- Domicile/PRC (Sindh Province only).
- Passport-size photograph.
- Important Notes:
- Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be entertained.
- Providing false or misleading information will result in the rejection of the application.

Instructions from the Nursing Department:
- Admission Form/Prospectus:
- The admission form/prospectus can be obtained from the respective College of Nursing after the advertisement.
- A bank voucher of Rs. 500/- must be submitted in favor of the Director, Directorate of Nursing Sindh, Karachi, at any branch of Allied Bank Limited.
- Submission of Admission Form:
- The completed admission form, along with the paid challan voucher, must be submitted to the respective College of Nursing.
- The last date for submission is March 24, 2025.
- Documents to Attach:
- 02 sets of attested photocopies of:
- Matriculation Marksheet/Certificate.
- Intermediate Marksheet/Certificate.
- CNIC.
- FRC.
- Domicile/PRC.

Important Notes
- Merit-Based Selection: Admission will be based on merit for both stipendiary and non-stipendiary candidates.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test.
- Single College Application: Candidates are allowed to apply to only one college.
- Improvement in Intermediate/F.Sc: Candidates must improve their marks through the same board from which they originally cleared their Intermediate/F.Sc.
