Job Positions
1. Project Director (BPS-20) – 300 MW Balakot Hydropower Project
No. of Posts: 1
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a second-class Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Civil, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- PEC registration is mandatory.
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Engineering, Project Management, and Implementation, with at least 3 years in Senior Management (BPS-19 or equivalent) in Hydropower projects.
- Age Limit: Maximum 63 years
Salary: Market-based competitive package
2. Project Director (BPS-19) – 69 MW Lawi Hydropower Project & 17 MW Ranolia Rehabilitation Hydropower Project

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a second-class Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Civil, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- PEC registration is mandatory.
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Engineering, Project Management, and Implementation, with at least 3 years in Senior Management (BPS-19 or equivalent) in Hydropower or other Engineering projects.
- Age Limit: Maximum 63 years
