  • Educational Credentials:
    • Graduate degree from a recognized university, preferably in Engineering, Sciences, Business Management, Finance, Social Sciences, or equivalent.

  • Professional Experience:
    • 20+ years of progressive experience in large-scale organizations.
    • At least 5 years in a senior management role, including CEO-level positions in organizations with a turnover of US$100 million or more, particularly in the public sector.
    • In-depth knowledge of the operational, regulatory, commercial, and governance aspects of the E&P sector.
  • Age Criteria:
    • Must not exceed 55 years of age at the application closing date.
