- Educational Credentials:
- Graduate degree from a recognized university, preferably in Engineering, Sciences, Business Management, Finance, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
- A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
- Professional Experience:
- 20+ years of progressive experience in large-scale organizations.
- At least 5 years in a senior management role, including CEO-level positions in organizations with a turnover of US$100 million or more, particularly in the public sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the operational, regulatory, commercial, and governance aspects of the E&P sector.
- Age Criteria:
- Must not exceed 55 years of age at the application closing date.
