The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from PPRA-registered firms on E-PADS for the hiring of an HR firm to provide sectoral experts and audit mentors along with payroll services. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.
