- Qualification: University degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (1st Division) from a recognized university. Certified PMP will be preferred, and a degree in Project Management/Engineering Management is an added advantage. Must be a Professional Engineer recognized by PEC.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction of high-rise projects (7 storeys and above).
- Skills: Sound knowledge of construction terms, scheduling, and planning. Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Primavera is a plus. Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Age Limit: 60 years.
- Pay Package: Fixed salary as per market, commensurate with qualification and experience.

- Assistant (BS-15) (BF Tower Project, Islamabad):
- Qualification: Second class Graduate in Business or Commerce.
- Skills: Computer skills in MS Office are necessary.
