According to reports, Asif, the accused, approached a widow, Hira Bibi, and offered to help her 15-year-old daughter find a well-paying job. However, the promise was a trap. He took the girl with him and sexually assaulted her.
The suspect continued to harass and blackmail the victim, warning her of dire consequences if she spoke out.

حجرہ شاہ مقیم سے دل دہلا دینے والا واقعہ رپورٹ ہوا ہے جہاں پندرہ سالہ نابالغ لڑکی کو نوکری کا جھانسہ دے کر اس کی عزت لوٹی گئی۔ ملزم آصف نے لڑکی کو اچھی تنخواہ والی ملازمت کا کہہ کر گھر سے باہر لے جا کر زیادتی کا نشانہ بنایا۔
