Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 60 years of age or older.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Sindh province with a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
Application Process:
- Visit the Social Welfare Department (SWD) Office:
- Locate and visit the nearest SWD office in your district.
- Obtain and Complete the Application Form:
- Collect the Senior Citizen Card application form from the SWD office.
- Fill out the form with accurate personal details, including your full name, CNIC number, and contact information.
- Attach Required Documents:
- Photocopy of your valid CNIC.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Proof of residence, such as a utility bill or rental agreement.
- Submit the Application:
- Submit the completed application form along with the attached documents to the SWD office.
- Ensure all information is accurate to prevent processing delays.
- Collection of the Senior Citizen Card:
- After verification and approval, you will be notified to collect your Senior Citizen Card.
- The card can be collected in person or may be sent to your provided address, depending on the SWD’s procedure.
