  • Pregnancy confirmation report
  • EPI card showing TT vaccination (administered in the second trimester)

Lactating Mothers

  • B-form of newborn/infant
  • EPI card for vaccination proof

Children (6 to 23 months)

  • B-form of child
  • EPI card for vaccination proof

If a beneficiary does not meet the medical criteria, they will be marked ineligible at the registration counter.

Compliance Requirements for Cash Transfers

Financial assistance is linked to healthcare and nutrition compliance to ensure proper care for mothers and children.

At least 90% of the provided Specialized Nutrition Foods (SNF) must be consumed.
Pregnant and lactating women must attend antenatal (ANC) and postnatal (PNC) checkups.
Children must follow the routine immunization schedule.

Since BISP releases funds quarterly, compliance monitoring is conducted before payments are issued.
