Process of Receiving the Cash Stipend
- If a female applicant is found eligible, she will receive an official SMS from 8171, informing her about the stipend.
- Upon receiving the message, the beneficiary must visit the nearest HBL / BAFL POS or designated retailer in her Tehsil, carrying her original CNIC for biometric verification to receive the first installment.
- Subsequent installments can be collected from ATMs, in addition to the POS and retailer locations.
No Record Found on 8171 Portal?
If the CNIC is not found in the 8171 database, any adult household member can visit the nearest Benazir Registration Desk at the BISP Tehsil Office for a household survey.
How to Register for Benazir Kafaalat Program 2025
If you wish to enter the BISP Kafaalat Program, follow these steps:
Step 1: Eligibility Assessment
A household must meet the approved cut-off criteria to be declared eligible for the program.
Step 2: Selection of Beneficiary
Only an ever-married female with a valid CNIC who passes the profiling process within an eligible household will be selected as a beneficiary.
Step 3: Official Notification
The eligible beneficiary will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171 on the registered mobile number.
Step 4: Collecting the First Cash Grant
Upon receiving the SMS, the beneficiary must visit the nearest POS center in her Tehsil or District to receive her first stipend after completing biometric verification.
Step 5: Complaint & Grievance Redressal
If there are any issues, the beneficiary can register a complaint at the respective BISP Tehsil Office for assistance.
