An international organization working under a USAID-funded health initiative is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the following full-time positions based in Karachi and Hyderabad. These roles are designed to support TB control and disease surveillance programs in collaboration with local health departments and international partners.

Program Manager – Hyderabad

Advisor, Tuberculosis – Karachi
This position involves frequent travel to project districts and focuses on planning, coordination, and technical direction of TB control in collaboration with public and private sector stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification preferred.
At least 10 years of senior-level experience in public health program design and implementation.
Proven work with international organizations in TB control is an asset.
Familiarity with Sindh’s health system, including EPI, DHIS2, MNCH, and TB programs.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong command of MS Office and presentation tools.
Experience with donor reporting and documentation.
Willingness to travel to field districts and participate in meetings as required.
Program Manager – Hyderabad
This role will be based in Hyderabad and involve coordination with provincial surveillance teams such as the Disease Surveillance and Response Units (DSRUs), Infectious Disease Surveillance and Response Unit (IDSRU), and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
MBBS preferred.
At least 8 years of senior-level public health experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Experience working on health dashboards, surveillance programs, or similar platforms like DHIS2.
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage and produce clear reports, coordinate teams, and ensure effective implementation of public health programs.
Knowledge of project monitoring tools and presentation software.
Experience working in Sindh is desirable.
