Positions with Qualifications
Environmental Specialist (01 Position – Specialization in Botany Preferred)
- Qualification / Experience:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field from a recognized university. Specialization in botany shall be preferred.
- At least 05 years of relevant experience in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), and HSE&Q planning, implementation, and monitoring in the water and sanitation sector or other large infrastructure projects. Relevant work experience in critical habitat assessments, biodiversity management, with the World Bank or other multilateral organizations will be an added advantage.
Environmental Specialist (01 Position – Specialization in Zoology Preferred)
- Qualification / Experience:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field from a recognized university. Specialization in zoology shall be preferred.
- At least 05 years of relevant experience in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), and HSE&Q planning, implementation, and monitoring in the water and sanitation sector or other large infrastructure projects. Relevant work experience in critical habitat assessments, biodiversity management, with the World Bank or other multilateral organizations will be an added advantage.
Social Development Specialist (02 Positions)
- Qualification / Experience:
- Master’s degree or above in social sciences (e.g., development studies, sociology, anthropology, etc.) from a recognized university.
- At least 05 years or more of experience including community mobilization and engagement, preparation of stakeholder engagement plans, and participatory development plans. Experience in resettlement management, implementation of social safeguards, and preparation of at least 5 resettlement plans for infrastructure projects is required.
- Prior experience of working on resettlement and/or social risk management in IFIs-funded projects is an added advantage.
Junior Financial Management Specialist (01 Position)
- Qualification / Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CA (inter), ACCA (Part-Qualified), or ICMA will be an added advantage.
- At least three years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, or audit, preferably in public sector or donor-funded projects. Familiarity with financial management practices of the World Bank or other multilateral development partners will be highly desirable.
