Positions are available at Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) for the roles of Flight Inspector Pilot, Deputy Director Coordination & Support, Sr. Joint Director IT, Sr. Joint Director Admin, and Sr. Joint Director AAR (Ground Handling). The positions will initially be based in Karachi, with the possibility of relocation to Islamabad, Lahore, or any other station. The required qualifications include Bachelor’s, Master’s, or ATPL with relevant post-qualification experience.

Positions with Qualifications
Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08)
- Qualification & Experience: Hold or have held an ATPL with a type rating on a Commercial Transport Aircraft with MGTOW of 40,000 Kg or more. Not less than 5000 hours as Pilot in-Command of a similar aircraft. Must have SFE or TRE endorsement. 10+ years of experience in Commercial Air Transport. Experience in operational management, safety management, compliance audit, and/or regulatory oversight is a plus.
- Requirements: Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office is a must. Must have an excellent safety record and high professional integrity.
- Number of Positions: 03
- Quota & Pay Scale: EG-08. Pay: Rs. 1,373,230/- per month with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
- Age Limit: Maximum 66 years (inclusive of all age relaxations).
Deputy Director Coordination & Support (EG-03)
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Public Administration / Aviation Management. Overall experience of six (06) years in a Govt/Semi-Govt Organization or aviation industry with three (03) years in an administrative, executive support, or coordination role.
- Requirements: Candidates who have completed aviation-related courses will be given preference.
- Number of Positions: 02
- Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-02. Pay: Rs. 250,927/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (inclusive of all age relaxations).
Sr. Joint Director IT (EG-06)
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor/Master (16 years of education) degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/MIS/IT or equivalent from an HEC Recognized University. Minimum 12 years of experience in IT, including systems administration, network management, IT infrastructure, and application support in a well-reputed organization.
- Number of Positions: 01
- Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-01. Pay: Rs. 406,725/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
- Age Limit: Maximum 52 years (inclusive of all age relaxations).
Sr. Joint Director Admin (EG-06)
- Qualification & Experience: Sixteen (16) years of education in any discipline, preferably Public Administration, from an HEC Recognized University. Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in a well-reputed organization dealing with General Administration, Procurement & Logistics, Security Management, Estate & Land Matters, Motor Vehicle Transport Management, and Supervision of Civil Works Projects.
- Number of Positions: 01
- Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-01. Pay: Rs. 406,725/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
- Age Limit: Maximum 52 years (inclusive of all age relaxations).
Sr. Joint Director AAR (Ground Handling) (EG-06)
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (16 years of education) from an HEC Recognized University with a valid PEC Registration. Overall twelve (12) years of experience with five (05) years of work experience in the operation of E/M equipment, Ground Handling, and ramp operations. Aerodrome Safety Management System (SMS) experience will be preferred.
