Positions with Qualifications

• Chief Financial Officer (CFO): A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the public or development sector at a senior level. Must have expertise in IAS & IFRS standards and SECP regulations. The minimum age is 32 years.
• Company Secretary (CS): A member of a recognized body of professional accounts, OR a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, OR a Master’s degree in business administration or commerce or graduation in law with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the public or development sector. Must have expertise in corporate laws and SECP regulations. The minimum age is 32 years.
