General Manager – Corporate Planning
As the General Manager Corporate Planning, you will lead the execution strategy, ensuring alignment with measurable performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of financial and business plans. Manage business risks through variance reporting. Oversee the development of KPIs, financial reports, and annual budgeting. Develop top-down forecasts to achieve strategic goals. Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Stay informed on energy policies and market trends.
Education
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized HEC university or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 14-15 years of experience in a large national/multinational organization, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
Requirements
Strong financial and business planning skills. Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making abilities. Knowledge of the energy value chain and policies. Age preferably not more than 50 years as of the last date of application.

Middle Management Position – Centre of Expertise
Key Responsibilities

Experience
