Latest Cantonment Board Malir Opportunities. Military Lands and Cantonments Department invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Regional Assistant Director Education under Rule-9 of Pakistan Cantonments Servant Rules, 1954. The appointed candidate will be responsible for implementing and supervising education programs and policy matters within Cantt Public Educational Institutions of Karachi Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor education policies, programs, and initiatives in Cantt Public Schools.
- Supervise and support the operations of schools and skill development institutions within the Karachi region.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and community leaders.
- Analyze educational data and generate strategic insights to improve institutional outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field from a recognized university.
- At least 10 years of experience in education administration, teaching, or a related discipline.
- Thorough understanding of educational laws, policies, and regulations in Pakistan.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Principals serving on contract in Cantt Public Education System (CPES) who meet the required qualifications and experience are also eligible to apply.
