Positions with Qualifications
In-charge Lady Medical Officer / Hospital Administrator
- Qualification & Work Experience: MBBS (registered with PMDC/PMC) is required, with relevant experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and Family Planning (FP). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a hospital administrative role, preferably in the social sector. Prior experience managing a small hospital or dispensary setup is mandatory.

Communication Manager
- Qualification & Work Experience: Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Health communication, or related field. At least 5 years of progressive experience in communication roles, preferably in health or development projects. Proven experience in campaign design, media engagement, and content development. Prior experience with Government donor-funded projects is highly desirable.

Social Mobilizer
- Qualification & Work Experience: Graduation in social sciences, humanities, or a relevant field. Minimum 02 years of experience in community mobilization, preferably in health, education, or development sectors.

- 8 for Faisalabad (4 male/ 4 female)
- 4 for Rawalpindi (2 male/ 2 female)

Lady Health Visitor
- Qualification & Work Experience: FA with Diploma in LHV with 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same position in the social sector around the theme of RH/SRH & Rights.
