Latest Vacants at Ministry of National Health. Applications are invited from eligible and experienced candidates to fill the following positions under the PSDP Project titled Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center Company at the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Islamabad. The appointments will be made on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years or until the completion of the project, whichever comes earlier. Positions will be based in Islamabad and offered on market-based salaries.
Position: Chief Executive Officer
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 50–60 years
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions, preferably in the public sector.
- Proven record of managing large-scale mega construction and social development projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary teams and deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive experience with large infrastructure and construction projects involving significant investment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in capital raising, financial planning, and risk management.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the health sector.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
- High-level decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Position: Company Secretary

Age Limit: 45–55 years
Minimum Qualifications (any one of the following):
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (e.g., ICAP, ACCA)
- Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (e.g., ICSP, ICSA)
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution
- Law graduate
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Must comply with the Fit and Proper criteria as per the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Thorough understanding of Companies Act, 2017, SOE Governance and Operations Act, 2023, and PSC (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013
- Deep knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in legal drafting, corporate documentation, and regulatory filings
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
