Positions with Qualifications
Company Secretary (EVP / SEVP): Minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce or Law Graduate from a university recognized by the HEC. The candidate must be a member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants or Corporate or Chartered Secretaries. A minimum of 22 years of work experience in the Banking/financial sector or a large-sized organization with at least 10 years as a Company Secretary is required. The maximum age is 57 years. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Governance, legal frameworks, excellent communication, planning, organizing, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
