Positions with Qualifications
- Unit Head – Credit Processing Management (OG-I/AVP): Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing is preferred. Requires a minimum of 06 years of banking/financial sector experience, with at least 03 years in Credit with core experience in credit portfolio management. Key responsibilities include processing credit, ensuring compliance, managing NPLs, and overseeing the analysis of the credit portfolio.
- Unit Head – Senior Credit Analyst (OG-I/AVP): Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is preferred. Requires a minimum of 06 years of banking/financial sector experience with at least 03 years in FI Relationship Management and/or Credit Analysis. Key responsibilities include processing credit limits for FIs/NBFCs, performing credit rating reviews, preparing peer analysis, and improving credit processes.
