The National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (NEECA), under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for various positions under the “Prime Minister’s Nationwide Fan Replacement Program.” This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a national initiative aimed at promoting energy efficiency and conservation across Pakistan.
Available Positions
- Program Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Experience: At least 8 years in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Salary: PKR 500,000 per month.
- Consultant Awareness Campaign and Community Outreach (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in designing and executing awareness campaigns.
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month.
- Consultant Awareness- Media Content Development and Promotion (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in digital content creation and media strategy.
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month.
- Consultant IT Expert – Data and Web Analyst (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in programming languages and data visualization tools.
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month.
- Consultant IT Expert- Graphic & Multimedia Designer (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month.
- Consultant Expert- Mediation and Coordination (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, IT, Energy Management, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in stakeholder engagement and program coordination.
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month.
- Consultant IT Expert- Web Development and UI/UX Developer (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in programming languages and web development.
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month.
- Consultant IT Expert- Mobile App Developer (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in mobile app development.
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month.
- Consultant IT Expert- System Analyst (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Public Policy, Social Science, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in system analysis and IT project coordination.
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month.
- Consultant Administrative Support (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years in administrative support or office management.
- Salary: PKR 150,000 per month.
- Consultant Admin Support (Finance and Settlement) (Fixed Term Contract)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years in stakeholder engagement and program coordination.
- Salary: PKR 150,000 per month.
