A Groundbreaking Opportunity to Build a National Healthcare Landmark

The Ministry of National Health Services is embarking on an ambitious and visionary project: the establishment of the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center. This is not just another hospital; it is envisioned as a state-of-the-art institution that will set a new benchmark for healthcare in Pakistan. The Ministry is now recruiting the foundational leadership team—a Chief Operating Officer and an IT Consultant—who will be the master architects of this landmark facility from the ground up. This is a rare chance to shape a legacy and build a world-class medical institution from its very inception.

The Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O) will be the executive pillar of the entire complex, responsible for creating the operational and clinical framework that will define its success. This role demands a seasoned healthcare leader with a deep understanding of hospital administration and a proven track record in senior management. The COO will be tasked with establishing a culture of patient safety and quality excellence, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in JCIA accreditation. Your mandate will be to develop robust clinical governance, streamline patient pathways, oversee strategic planning, and ensure financial stewardship. You will be building the policies, procedures, and teams that will make this complex a model of efficiency and compassionate care.

Working in tandem, the Information & Technology Consultant will be the architect of the hospital’s digital soul. This is a critical role focused on designing a futuristic SMART hospital infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in laying the digital foundations, including the implementation of a large-scale Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, such as Epic or Cerner, and an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution like SAP or Oracle. With 20 years of experience in healthcare ICT, you will oversee the entire spectrum of technology, from low-voltage systems and network infrastructure to cybersecurity and medical device integration, ensuring compliance with international standards like HTM/HBN and TIA/EIA. This role is about creating a seamless, data-driven environment that enhances clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Together, these two leaders will turn the blueprint for the Jinnah Medical Complex into a living, breathing institution. This is more than a job; it is a national service opportunity to create a beacon of hope and healing, leveraging best-in-class management practices and cutting-edge digital health transformation. If you are a visionary leader ready to build a lasting legacy in Pakistani healthcare, this is your call.
