Positions with Qualifications
- Operation Manager / Company Man & Drilling SuperintendentQualification & Experience:
- Option 1: Bachelor of Engineering degree from an HEC-recognized institute with a minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 03 years in a supervisory role.
- OR
- Option 2: F.Sc / 03 years DAE from a recognized institute with a minimum of 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 05 years in a supervisory role.
- Note: Supervisory roles must include experience as a Drilling Superintendent, Driller, Tool Pusher, Night Tool Pusher, Company Man, or Well Site Leader.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to implementing safe work practices.
- Well-Site Supervision and Monitoring during all phases of well operations.
- Expertise in Directional/Horizontal Drilling.
- Experience with High Pressure/High Temperature (HP/HT) wells.
- Proficiency in loss control techniques in highly fractured zones.
- Advanced skills in resolving stuck pipe and conducting fishing operations.
- Experience in drilling wells using Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) / Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) applications.
- Competence in running and cementing Liner Hangers.
- Experience in running completion and conducting Drill Stem Testing (DST) operations.
- Strong background in well control and well integrity management.
- Good knowledge of mud and solids control equipment and performance.

Terms of Appointment:
