Positions are available at Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) for the roles of Airworthiness Supervisor, Sr. Superintendent Air Transport & Economic Regulations, Air Transport & Economic Regulations Supervisor, Sr. Medical Superintendent, PEL Supervisor, various IT roles, and Admin roles. Positions with Qualifications

Airworthiness Supervisor (SG-07)

  • Qualification & Experience: Intermediate in Science with at least 1st Division and Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant field. Minimum Five (5) years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization in the field of Airworthiness. Preference for candidates with ERP hands-on experience.
  • Number of Positions: 05
  • Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-05. Lump-sum Pay: Rs. 119,199/- per month with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (including all age relaxations).

Sr. Superintendent Air Transport & Economic Regulations (SG-11)

  • Qualification & Experience: Intermediate in Science with at least 1st Division and MS Office Certificate. Hold or have held an FOO License will be given preference. Minimum Twenty (20) years of experience in a reputable aviation organization.
  • Number of Positions: 02
  • Quota & Pay Scale: Merit-02. Lump-sum Pay: Rs. 175,508/- per month with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).
  • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (including all age relaxations).

Air Transport & Economic Regulations Supervisor (SG-07)

  • Qualification & Experience: Intermediate in Science with at least 1st Division and MS Office Certificate. Hold or have held an FOO License will be given preference. Minimum Five (05) years of experience in a reputable aviation organization.

Sr. Medical Superintendent (SG-11)

  • Qualification & Experience: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) / BS Medical Technology with at least 2nd Division from an HEC recognized institute. At least 20 years of experience in Nursing Administration. Preference for candidates with specialization in Nursing Administration.
  • Number of Positions: 01

Permanent Establishment License (PEL) Supervisor (SG-07)

  • Qualification & Experience: Intermediate in Science with at least 1st Division and MS Office Certificate. Hold or have held an FOO License will be given preference. Five (05) years of experience in a reputable aviation organization.

Sr. Superintendent IT (Application / Software Support) (SG-11)

  • Qualification & Experience: Intermediate in Computer Science with at least 1st Division. Twenty (20) years of Experience in software/application support. Hands-on experience of ASP.Net, MVC, Entity Framework, and LINQ. Ability to troubleshoot application issues, manage stakeholders, and manage application servers (IIS, Tomcat).

Superintendent Grade-I IT (Project Coordinator) (SG-10)

  • Qualification & Experience: Intermediate in Computer Science with at least 1st Division. Twenty (20) years of experience in software development & coordination. Experience in Project Management, Application Development, Vendor Management, and SDLC. Well-versed with project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Number of Positions: 01
  • Quota & Pay Scale: Merit – 01. Lump-sum Pay: Rs. 154,477/- per month with 5% annual increment. Contract for three (03) years (extendable).

Superintendent Grade-II IT (System / Network Administrator) (SG-09)

  • Qualification & Experience: Intermediate in Computer Science with at least 1st Division. Minimum Twelve (12) years of experience in System/Network Administration. Hands-on experience of Datacenter/VMware/Hyper-V. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Linux server administration, load balancers, and storage systems.

Supervisor Grade-II IT (Database Administrator) (SG-08)

  • Qualification & Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in Database administration. Certification/Training in Oracle/Microsoft database preferred. Proficient in database installation, configuration, maintenance, performance monitoring, and backup/recovery solutions.

CCNA/JNCIA or equivalent certification is preferred. Knowledge of Layer 2/3 protocols, backup/restoration, and monitoring tools.

Minimum Twelve (12) years of experience in Electrical & Mechanical work, including upkeep of generators, UPS, and HVAC units. Knowledge of SLAs and PPRA Rules preferred.
