Procurement Specialist Position at Pakistan’s Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP)

Job Description:

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with financing from the World Bank for the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), is seeking a Procurement Specialist for the Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) based in Islamabad. This role requires a highly qualified individual to handle procurement and contract management processes, with a focus on efficiency and compliance with national and international regulations.

Qualification and Experience:

A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or Social Sciences.

10 years of experience in procurement and contract management.

Knowledge of procurement regulations and trends at national and international levels.

Proficiency in English and basic IT skills is mandatory.
