Complete the application form and attach the following documents:
- Original Demand Draft of Rs. 2500/-
- CV
- Three recent passport-sized photographs
- Two sets of attested photocopies of educational and experience documents, including domicile, PRC/Form “D,” valid CNIC, Matriculation Pacca Certificate/Marks Sheet, and all relevant degrees.
