Position Available at AWARE NGO Sindh. The Association for Water, Applied Education & Renewable Energy (AWARE) is a grassroots Civil Society Organization (CSO) operating in Umerkot District, Sindh since 2003. AWARE is committed to alleviating hardships and advancing community welfare through sustainable development, applied education, and renewable energy solutions.

AWARE is currently inviting applications from dynamic and qualified individuals for the following position at its Umerkot-based office:

Available Position:

Civil Engineer

• No. of Posts: 01
• Gender: Male/Female
• Location: Umerkot, Sindh
• Qualification: B.E in Civil Engineering or relevant field from a recognized institution
• Experience: 5–6 years of experience in the social development sector
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD Pro
• Job Type: Full-time, Project-based

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Proven field experience in social sector infrastructure projects is mandatory.
• Technical skills in design, structural analysis, and project planning software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro) are required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage community-based construction initiatives will be preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
