Positions with Qualifications
- Project Manager (PPS-09):
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or IT. Certification in CISA/CISSP/ISO27001/GDPR is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in managing projects focused on capacity building for IT companies. Preference for experience in PSDP, ADP, or other government-funded projects.
- Age Limit: 45 years.
- Assistant Manager (M&E) (PPS-08):
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, IT, or Project Management.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in project management/monitoring and evaluation, with at least 3 years working in PSDP Projects.
- Age Limit: 45 years.
- Project Officer (PPS-08):
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or IT.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Development, project management, or capacity development projects. Preference for experience with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects.
- Age Limit: 45 years.
- Finance Manager (PPS-09):
- Qualification: MBA Finance/ICMA/ACCA or equivalent from a university/institute recognized by HEC.
- Experience: 08 years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance/accounts, knowledge of tax laws, and financial analysis. International certification is preferred.
- Age Limit: 45 years.
