Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company PRMSC Jobs Notice

Positions are available at the Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) for the World Bank-funded “Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)”. PRMSC is seeking applications for a wide range of positions including Managers, Engineers, Associates, Computer Operators, Drivers, and other technical and support staff.

The positions are based at the Head Office in Lahore and in 16 Tehsil Offices across Punjab, including Noorpur Thal, Isa Khel, Kot Mumin, Kallar Kahar, Darya Khan, Pakpattan, Bhawana, Ahmed Pur Sial, Rojhan, Liaqatpur, Taunsa, Karor Pakka, Khairpur Tamewali, Alipur, Bahawalnagar, and Shujabad. The required qualifications range from Literate to Master’s degrees in various fields, with relevant post-qualification experience.

Positions with Qualifications

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company – Head Office (PRMSC-HO)

Sr. Manager Environment and Social Safeguard (PPS-10)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 08 years of progressive experience in managing environmental and social safeguards, preferably in infrastructure or WASH projects. Demonstrated experience with World Bank SF or similar safeguard frameworks.

Sr. Manager Procurement (PPS-10)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 08 years of relevant work experience in procurement, bids administration, etc., with 4 years in similar projects.

Sr. Manager Contracts (PPS-10)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 08 years of relevant work experience in contract management, etc., with 4 years in similar projects.

Manager Operations (South-I, South-II, North, Central) (PPS-9)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Engineering (Civil/Mechanical).
  • Experience: 08 years of relevant work experience in project management, operations, or infrastructure development, with 3 years of field experience.

Manager (M&E) (PPS-9)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science, or MSc in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience in monitoring & evaluation, quality assurance, and data handling & analysis, with 4 years in similar projects.

Infrastructure Engineer (North/Central/South) (PPS-9)

  • Qualification: MSc in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Public Health Engineering.
  • Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience in engineering, infrastructure development, water supply, or sewerage operations, with 4 years in similar projects.

Manager (Finance & Budget) (PPS-9)

  • Qualification: Master’s Degree in Finance/Commerce/Economics or ACCA/ACMA.
  • Experience: 07 years of relevant work experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting, with 3 years in similar projects.

Research Manager (PPS-8)

  • Qualification: Master’s Degree in Economics, Public Policy, or Statistics.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Research analysis.

Deputy Manager Audit (PPS-8)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance, Auditing, Accounting, Commerce, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience (with Master’s) or 10 years (with Bachelor’s) in internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment, etc.

Deputy Manager (Finance) (PPS-8)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or ACCA/ACMA.
  • Experience: 05 years of relevant work experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, etc.

Manager Software Development (PPS-8)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or ACCA/ACMA.
  • Experience: 05 years of relevant work experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, etc.

Deputy Manager (MIS/ERP) (PPS-8)

  • Qualification: BS/MS in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience in software development, MIS, Database Administration, etc.

Research Analyst – Environment (South, Centre & North) (PPS-7)

  • Qualification: BSc/Mphil in Environmental Sciences/Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in environmental safeguards.

Finance Officer (PPS-7)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce/Economics/Accounting.
  • Experience: 03 years of relevant work experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, etc.

Assistant Manager (Media Management) (PPS-7)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Communication Studies, or Public Relations.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in electronic media, making/editing videos and documentaries, and handling social media.

Contract Officer (PPS-7)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration (BSc Engineering or equivalent).
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience in contract management.

Procurement Officer (PPS-7)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration (BSc Engineering or equivalent).

Assistant Manager (Programming) (PPS-7)

  • Qualification: BS/BSc in Computer Science/IT/MIS.

  • Qualification: BS/BSc in Computer Science/IT/MIS.

  • Qualification: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in IT and computer sciences.

Associate (M&E) (PPS-6)

  • Qualification: BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or BSc Engineering in Civil/Environmental.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in data handling, analysis, and reporting.

Quantity Surveyor (PPS-6)

  • Qualification: Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil).
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in Cost estimation, BOQ, Tendering, or Quantity Surveying.

Associate HR (PPS-6)

  • Qualification: BSc or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience with matters related to HR, document scrutinization, and recruitment in the public sector.

Computer Operator (PPS-4)

  • Qualification: Intermediate with a Diploma in Computer/IT.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in data entry.

Photographer (PPS-4)

  • Qualification: Matriculation.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience.

Dak Runner (PPS-3)

  • Qualification: Matriculation.
  • Experience: N/A.

Driver (PPS-3)

  • Qualification & Experience: Valid driving License with 03 years of relevant work experience.

Office Assistant/ Naib Qasid (PPS-2)

  • Qualification & Experience: Literate.

Security Guard (PPS-2)

  • Qualification & Experience: Middle. 2 years of relevant work experience. Holder of a valid license and weapon. Retired army man will be preferred.

Janitors (PPS-2)

  • Qualification & Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience.

Tehsil Manager (PPS-9)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing/Finance), Commerce, Business in IT, Social Sciences, development studies, or BSc Engineering.
  • Experience: 8 years of post-qualification experience in project management or infrastructure development, with 4 years in similar projects.

Deputy Manager (WSS) (PPS-8)

  • Qualification: BSc in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering or infrastructure development, with 3 years in similar projects.

Assistant Manager (Water Supply & Sewerage) (PPS-7)

  • Qualification: BSc in Civil/Public Health Engineering.

  • Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (DAE/BTech).

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Administration, or Environmental/Social Sciences.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in water supply and sanitation projects, with 3 years in similar projects.

Deputy Manager (Social Mobilization and Resources) (PPS-8)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Mass Communications, Humanities & Arts, Commerce, or social sciences.
  • Experience: 03 years of relevant experience in social safeguards, community mobilization, etc.
