Positions with Qualifications

  • Deputy Operation Officer: Minimum Master’s / 16 years of education with at least 15 years of experience in project development and implementation, particularly with multilateral donor-funded projects, public sector companies, UN agencies, or in disaster management/rural development.
  • Company Secretary: Master’s in business administration, commerce, law, or a related field; or a member of a recognized body of professional accountants/corporate secretaries. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years as a Company Secretary.
  • Social Safeguard Officer: Minimum Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in social development, community mobilization, social assessments, and resettlement plans, preferably with projects funded by international agencies (World Bank, ADB, etc.).
  • GRM Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in grievance handling or community engagement, preferably in donor-funded projects.
  • Contract Management Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/PGD is an advantage). Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management and negotiation, with World Bank/Donor funded project experience being an added advantage.
  • WASH Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Environmental Engineering. 7-10 years of experience in designing and implementing WASH or community-based infrastructure projects, preferably in Sindh’s rural context. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation Officer: Master’s degree in Social Science, Statistics, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field, or a specialized M&E certification. Minimum 3 years of experience implementing M&E systems for development projects.
  • Assistant Manager Finance: ACA/ACCA/ACMA with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, or an MBA (Finance)/M.Com with 6 years’ experience in reputable organizations or a big four CA firm.
  • Assistant Manager Disbursement: Minimum CA/ACCA/ICMA/M.Com/MBA (Finance)/Master in IT with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a public or private company.
  • Climate Support Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in climate change, sustainability, or environmental management.
  • Project Officer: Master’s degree in social sciences or a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in national or international organizations, with knowledge of community mobilization. Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
  • GIS Data Analyst: Minimum Master’s degree in Computer Science, Geography, Engineering, or a related field (Specialized degree in GIS/Remote Sensing preferred). Overall 10 years of work experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on GIS data collection and analysis experience.
