Latest Sindh Secondary Education Improvement Project Jobs 2025. The Government of Sindh, through its School Education & Literacy Department (SELD), is implementing the Sindh Secondary Education Improvement Project (SSEIP) and Sindh Secondary Education Improvement Project – Additional Financing (SSEIP_AF) with assistance from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under Loan 3845-PAK and Loan 4409-PAK (COL). The project is focused on increasing access and inclusiveness in secondary education by constructing new school blocks, enhancing teaching and learning capabilities, and introducing reforms in the secondary education examination system.

Applications are invited from qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals for the following consultancy positions on a full-time contractual basis under the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of SSEIP.

Available Consultancy Positions

Chief Financial Management Specialist
Position Code: CS02(a)
Duration: 24 person-months, full-time (National)
Education: Recognized qualification in accounting or financial management, or a university degree in finance or related field; preference will be given to candidates with graduate-level education or advanced training
Experience: Minimum 10 years of general and 10 years of specific experience in financial management, particularly with donor-funded projects (ADB or similar) in Pakistan, preferably Sindh
Skills: Proficient in financial management systems, project financial reporting, and analysis; excellent English communication and reporting skills

PIU Admin Head
Position Code: CS10(a)
Duration: 24 person-months, full-time (National)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, business administration, or a relevant field
Experience: At least 7 years of general and specific experience in HR and administration with a focus on managing administrative systems in donor-funded projects, preferably ADB or other multilateral institutions
Skills: In-depth understanding of HR policies and practices, experience in developing and implementing integrated HR systems, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Accountant
Position Code: CS26-AF
Duration: 24 person-months, full-time (National)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; professional qualifications such as ACCA are desirable
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management with at least 2 years on donor-funded projects, preferably ADB
Skills: Familiarity with financial software, strong financial reporting and analysis skills

Junior Financial Management Specialist
Position Code: CS27-AF
Duration: 24 person-months, full-time (National)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with at least some experience working on donor-funded projects in the public or development sector
Skills: Knowledge of financial management principles, local accounting standards in Sindh, analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools, effective communication skills

Scope of Work

All selected consultants will support the Project Director, Project Manager, and Deputy Project Manager in managing daily operations of the PIU. This includes administrative, financial, and human resource functions in accordance with ADB guidelines and project objectives. Each consultant will have a clearly defined role as per the detailed Terms of Reference (TORs).
