Positions with Qualifications
Whole School Evaluation (WSE) Evaluators
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education (B.Ed. preferred) from a reputable institution.
- Experience Required: 3-5 years of school teaching experience (minimum). 3-4 years as a principal, teacher trainer, or academic manager (desirable).
- Knowledge, Skills, and Values:
- Analytical Fluency: Ability to synthesize multi-source qualitative and quantitative data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Development and Uplift: Ability to elevate people and school teams through thorough, thoughtful, and incisive feedback.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Experience guiding small teams and facilitating open dialogue.
- Conflict-Resolution: Skilled in active listening, impartial decision-making, and managing sensitive conversations.
- Communication Fluency: Proficient in Urdu to craft high-quality reports and deliver clear verbal feedback.
- Resilience Under Pressure: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ethical Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to fairness, transparency, and confidentiality.
- Tech Fluency: Ability to enter data, use dashboards, and type/edit reports.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Synthesis: Gather rich on-site evidence through observations, records, and surveys, providing constructive feedback throughout.
- Pattern Recognition & Analysis: Identify trends and systemic gaps to draw well-founded conclusions about school performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate trust-based meetings with principals, teachers, and learners to gather insights and foster co-ownership of outcomes.
- Report Preparation: Produce high-quality, concise evaluation reports in Urdu (and English, if needed) with actionable recommendations.
- Feedback & Presentation: Share findings with school leadership in a clear, solution-oriented manner.
- Sensitive Conversation Management: Handle divergent viewpoints with professionalism, impartiality, and empathy.
- Ethical Integrity: Uphold principles of neutrality, fairness, transparency, and confidentiality.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in dynamic field environments.
