Application Process

• Interested candidates must submit their Application Form, which is available on the University’s official website: www.uad.edu.pk.
• The application must be accompanied by the following documents:
• Detailed Bio-data
• Attested/verified copies of degrees, certificates, DMCs
• Copy of CNIC
• Experience Certificates
• Two passport-sized photographs These documents can be submitted via courier or by hand.
• Candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/- in any branch of the Bank of Khyber, Account No. 3003771977, Branch (0129). The original deposit slip should be attached to the application.

Important Dates and Details

• Interview Date: Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
• Interview Venue: Conference Room, University of Agriculture, Dera Ismail Khan.
• Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted on or before the date and time of the interview.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates with MS/MPhil degrees from HEC-recognized institutions and no 3rd division in their academic career are eligible.
2. Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs.1000/- must be deposited. Applications with an incorrect deposit amount will not be processed.
3. Application Submission: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
4. Interview and Demonstration: Candidates must reach the interview venue on time.
5. Number of Positions: The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts based on the need.
6. Foreign Degree Holders: Candidates with foreign degrees must produce an HEC Equivalence Certificate.
7. In-Service Applicants: Those already employed in government service must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
8. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the interview.
9. Errors and Omissions: The university reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in this advertisement.
